What Is the Fine Line of Difference between Egotism and Confidence?

Ego = I am the best at ___. No one can compete with me.

Confidence = I’m believe I can do it or I’m pretty good at ____.

The fine line would be belief in oneself, as opposed to cockiness or arrogance.
