Someone on Quora asked:
If you were trying to predict the potential growth of a startup and were limited to asking one question to the CEO of the company, what question would you ask and why?
This was my response:
In the majority of cases, it doesn’t matter what product a company has. It really comes down to who is doing what. So I would ask this question:
What does a typical day in your life look like?
What this leader of a company associates themselves doing in a regular day along with how many different directions they’re pulled in will constitute whether or not they are on track to attaining the respective success they are looking for.
