Why You Should Brainwash Yourself with Positive Thoughts

My friend used to always say, if your brain wasn’t so dirty, it wouldn’t need to be washed!

Our brains are surrounded by toxicity all day. Negative events on the news. Negative people. Negative TV shows. Negative articles on the internet. Negative parents. Negative teachers. Negative friends. Negative everything.

Since everything around us is so negative, positive thoughts come much like a shower. They wash away the negative. Much like motivation washes away our desire to be lazy.

Since we live around so much toxicity, the only way to break out of the mold is to technically “wash” our brain.

By “washing” our brain, what we are doing is reprogramming how we think. In reprogramming how we think, we end up solving problems much differently than the average person. Also, our self confidence and persona boosts to levels that we may not have been familiar with before. Do it properly and your charisma can potentially jump off the charts as well.

Sure, positive thoughts may just seem like a whacked out idea. However, with how many words go through our head each minute, the inner dialogue becomes very important to who we are, overall, as a person.

I would recommend giving it a shot. What do you have to lose? Actually, let me ask you an even better question. What could you potentially gain?
