If you have a philosophy that money is scarce in the world, then money will be scarce for you as well.
Instead, have a philosophy of abundance. Create a whole lifestyle behind it. Have enough time to volunteer. Have enough time to help others. Have enough energy to be grateful about your life. Have enough rest to attain eight hours of sleep. Start living in the moment instead of focusing on the past or future.
With a philosophy of abundance, you will soon have an abundance of what you wish to attain. In this case, that would be money.
